Sales jobs near me

Pick your city below. We do not track your location — you tell us where you are.

Why we ask instead of detecting

Most "near me" pages quietly geolocate you from your IP address. We don't, for two reasons. IP geolocation is wrong often enough to be irritating — it'll put you in the wrong city, or in your VPN's city, or in whichever datacentre your mobile carrier routes through. And it can't answer the question that actually matters, which is whether you'd move for the right role.

So you tell us. Search a city below, or type one into the box — it matches against the location text the employer wrote, so partial names work fine.

How location works on these listings

Job locations come from company applicant tracking systems, and those systems are inconsistent in ways worth knowing about. The same office might be written as "San Francisco", "SF Bay Area", "San Francisco, CA, USA" or "US - West" depending on who typed it. We normalise what we can into a city and country, and keep the employer's original text alongside so nothing is lost in translation.

You'll also see roles that carry both a remote flag and a city. That's usually deliberate on the employer's side — the role is remote, but anchored to an office for payroll, timezone overlap or occasional travel. Worth reading the posting rather than assuming either way.

The genuine gap is hybrid. Applicant tracking systems rarely have a distinct hybrid field, so companies describe it in prose instead, which means no filter we could build would catch it reliably. Searching your city and reading the postings is the honest answer, and we'd rather tell you that than ship a toggle that half-works.

If nothing is open near you

Sales is one of the more portable careers going, and roughly a third of this board is remote. If your city is quiet right now, that's usually the more productive place to look than waiting for a local opening.

It's also worth setting an email alert for your city rather than checking back — local markets are thin enough that timing matters, and being early to a posting is a real advantage when a company might interview six people and stop. If you're just starting out, entry level roles cluster heavily in a handful of cities plus remote.

Common questions

Why do you not detect my location automatically? +

Two reasons. Practically, IP geolocation is wrong often enough to be annoying, and it cannot tell whether you would relocate. Structurally, serving different content on the same URL depending on who is asking makes the page hard to cache and hard to crawl. A city picker is faster and it respects your privacy.

My city is not listed — does that mean there are no jobs? +

Only that it is not in the top cities by volume. Use the search box above with any city name; it matches partial text against the location the employer wrote. If your city genuinely has nothing right now, remote roles are the practical alternative.

Why do some listings show a city but say remote? +

Many companies post a remote role anchored to an office city, usually for payroll, timezone or occasional-travel reasons. We keep the employer's original location text rather than flattening it, so you can see both the remote flag and whatever city they attached.

How do I find hybrid roles specifically? +

This is a genuine weak spot. Applicant tracking systems rarely have a distinct "hybrid" field, so companies put it in the description instead. Searching a city and reading the postings is more reliable than any filter we could offer, and we would rather tell you that than pretend a hybrid toggle works.
